Product Villa grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license of the Desktop Application Image Maker PRO to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes after purchase of the Desktop Application Image Maker PRO, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

- Lifetime Support is provided*
- Lifetime Updates for bugs + minor updates*
- Image Maker PRO comes with no limitation of creating Display / Print / SKU
- Renaming / URL and other features in PRO Version
- FTP has to be purchased from your end
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Desktop Application Image Maker PRO or make the Desktop Application Image Maker PRO available to any third party.
Product Villa reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Desktop Application Image Maker PRO or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Product Villa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least Product Villa days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Lifetime, Perpetual, Unlimited Version is limited according to the subscription module for 1, 2 or 3 years subscription. Image Maker is available only on subscription basis yearly.
